The Roots of Our Sound
At the heart of everything we do are Graham and Sarah, whose shared passion for live music and bringing people together has been at the centre of their lives for many years.
With Graham’s decades of experience as a musician, event organiser and promoter, and Sarah’s long-standing dream of running a music-focused venue, they have a wealth of experience creating memorable live music events.
Now settled in Fordingbridge, Graham and Sarah are bringing that passion to their adopted home town, with a simple mission: to bring quality live music to Fordingbridge and create a place where the local and wider musical community can come together, enjoy great music and make lasting memories.
Our Experience
Graham has had a passion for live music since seeing the Jam at Guildford Civic Hall at the age of 16, and has been playing in bands for almost 40 years, including currently with Americana roots rockers The True Deceivers.
Over the years Graham has also curated, promoted and run numerous live events including several festivals, most with the invaluable assistance of Sarah.
Sarah had always wanted to run a pub and realised her dream when taking on the tenancy of The Three Lions in
Farncombe near Godalming (known locally as Scratchers) in 2014. Scratchers has always been a renowned music venue and over the next 3 years Graham & Sarah hosted live music several times a week and introduced an annual festival called Meadrow Acoustic Festival.
